What You Need to Know Before You Drop Your Masterpiece on CheckMyPoo.com

1. Who Can Use This Website?

Anyone over the age of 18 (or anyone with a strong stomach) is welcome to upload, rate, and enjoy the world’s most unique toilet creations.
This site is just for fun – we do not allow anything illegal, hateful, or dangerous.

2. What You’re Allowed to Upload

• You must own the rights to the photo you upload (you took it, it's your own poo, or you have explicit permission from the true artist – no stolen poos, please).
• No faces, no personal data, no illegal content. Only poo is allowed! No adult content (except… you know), no violence, no hate, no harassment. No shock-for-shock’s sake (the poo is shocking enough).
• We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or delete any submission for any reason. No explanations, no appeals, no refunds. Sorry!

3. What Happens to Your Upload

• By uploading, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, modify, and share your uploaded image and description on CheckMyPoo.com and our related channels.
• Your photo and description may be shown to everyone. Anyone can view, rate, share, or even download your image. If you’re not okay with that, don’t upload.
• By uploading, you waive all rights to restrict or remove your image later (unless it’s illegal or violates someone’s rights, in which case we’ll remove it ASAP).

4. No Personal Data Required

• You don’t have to give us your real name or contact info. All uploads are anonymous, except for your fun nickname and the (possibly fake) city/country info – plus your legendary poo photo.
• We do not require or request any personal information.
• Do not upload images showing your face or anyone else’s, or any personally identifiable information in your picture or description.

5. What We Collect (Just the Essentials)

• IP address: We save your IP for antispam, moderation, and for our “From country/continent/city” feature (it’s not accurate, but it makes things more fun).
• IP addresses are never shown publicly. They are only used internally for moderation, geolocation jokes, and server security.
• We do not sell or share your IP address or any data with third parties (except what’s needed to keep the site running, like hosting, antispam, or moderation).

6. Community Rules

• Be respectful (as much as possible, for a poo website).
• No spam, bots, or malicious activity.
• Abuse or repeated bad behavior can get you banned or your poos deleted, no questions asked.

• All content is for entertainment only. Don’t eat, lick, touch, or try to replicate anything you see here.
